Copeland Fitness offers a selection of customized programs designed for your personal fitness needs:

  • Strength Training   This program focuses on building lean muscle mass while reducing body fat. It integrates resistance training through pyramid weight lifting along with cardiovascular conditioning, and proper nutrition. This program is tailored to the individual who wants to improve his or her overall level of fitness.
  • Weight Loss   Get ready to shed those unwanted pounds of fat. This program focuses on circuit training which will enhance the fat burning process while also incorporating nutrition to help maximize the results.
  • Sculpting, Shaping and Toning   This program enhances the body’s overall symmetry and gives greater balance to the muscles. Focus on problem areas of the body that need toned and shaped. Look and feel great with a tighter, firmer body.
  • Prenatal Training   This program is designed to keep the mother-to-be healthy and fit during her pregnancy. It focuses on lifting light weights with high repetitions to keep the metabolism at its peak. It also helps the individual maintain a healthy, toned body after the pregnancy.
  • 2 Hour Fitness Consultation   This 2-hour program is designed for the “do-it-yourselfer” who does not have the time to meet with a trainer on a regular basis. One hour is committed to learning new exercises and proper training techniques to maximize your fitness goals. The other hour focuses on learning proper nutrition. Client will receive a meal plan to follow in order to see faster results.
  • Children’s Weight Loss   It’s never too early to emphasis the importance of exercise and proper nutrition to your children. This program is specifically designed for kids. It incorporates various types of cardiovascular conditioning to keep your kids healthy and active.
  • In-House Training   This program will focus on your individual fitness needs while training you in the privacy of your own home. This program utilizes free weights, resistance bands, and stability balls while saving you time from traveling to and from the gym. Your trainer will keep you accountable by monitoring your results weekly on a computerized weight loss tracking system.
  • 1 Hour Nutrition Counseling   This program focuses on assessing your current lifestyle and eating habits in order to identify your healthy eating strengths and areas that need attention. In addition, your body type is assessed in order to make sure that you are consuming the proper nutrition in helping you reach your fitness goals. Your current health, activity level, habits, and beliefs will be considered as we develop a plan to meet your goals. This program will educate you on how carbohydrates, proteins and fats work with your own metabolic rates.
  • Individualized Supermarket Tour   Meet Darryl at a Los Angeles area supermarket of your choice for an hour-long tour that is personalized to you and your health needs. You have the complete attention of him during this time and can ask all the questions you want. This hour-long tour takes two of the three thirty-minute appointments. The third appointment is used as a One-on-One Support Session.
