Darryl Copeland is a certified fitness and nutrition specialist with over 19 years of experience in the Sports and Fitness industry. Darryl offers one-on-one private fitness training and nutritional counseling to his clients in and around the Los Angeles area. He specializes in comprehensive exercise programs, as well as, weight loss management and meal planning consultations. His goal is to educate as many people as possible about the amazing benefits of living a healthier lifestyle.
